SHIPPING INFO

The cost of shipping within Malaysia is free. Orders are processed and dispatched within an estimated 2-3 working days depending on stock availability from your confirmed payment and allowing 5-7 days of delivery time. The delivery shall be made to the shipping address specified in your order by our courier partners: J&T express or Pos laju, International Shipping Partner: DHL.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays. Delivery charges that aren’t stated above will be advised accordingly. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. All orders are fully traceable through your assigned courier agent.

TAXES & DUTIES 
All import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are not included in the displayed price and must be paid by the receiver of the order. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges and the time it takes to clear the custom process, as this varies significantly from country to country. We ask you to contact your local customs office for more information about potential duties and taxes prior to placing your order, to avoid unanticipated fees.
